As part of your policy, you have access to the UnitedHealthcare network for your treatment in the United States.
You will therefore receive a specific UnitedHealthcare (UHC) card as soon as your postal address in the United States is known. You will need the card when you visit healthcare providers who belong to the network.

The only difference is your access to the healthcare network.
In order to benefit from direct settlement and avoid paying upfront for your medical care, you will need to consult healthcare providers within the UHC network. Remember to take your UHC card to the consultation to identify yourself as a Henner insured member.

Your reimbursement claims for routine care and other specific services can be made directly online by signing in to the member portal or the myHenner mobile app.
To benefit from this service and ensure quick reimbursement of your services, remember to provide your bank account details on your profile when you first sign in!
