For members living in the United States :
As part of your policy, you have access to the UnitedHealthcare network for your treatment in the United States.
You will therefore receive a specific UnitedHealthcare (UHC) card as soon as your postal address in the United States is known. You will need the card when you visit healthcare providers who belong to the network.

- Thanks to our partnership with Teladoc, you benefit from a medical teleconsultation service which allows you to consult a doctor quickly and from your home or obtain a second medical opinion wherever you are.
- Henner has developed a unique care network allowing you to consult certified healthcare providers and visit rigorously selected facilities. By consulting providers from the Henner healthcare network, you benefit from direct settlement for eligible procedures, which means you avoid paying upfront for your medical expenses.

For members living in the United States :
- You also benefit from access to our medical teleconsultation service with Teladoc!
The only difference is your access to the healthcare network.
- In the United States, you benefit from the UnitedHealthcare (UHC) network for your medical services.
In order to benefit from direct settlement and avoid paying upfront for your medical care, you will need to consult healthcare providers within the UHC network. Remember to take your UHC card to the consultation to identify yourself as a Henner insured member.

Submit reimbursement claims
Your reimbursement claims for routine care and other specific services can be made directly online by signing in to the member portal or the myHenner mobile app.
To benefit from this service and ensure quick reimbursement of your services, remember to provide your bank account details on your profile when you first sign in!
NB: some medical services require prior agreement with Henner to ensure reimbursement.
